Plasma Cutting

Our Machines:

ShapeCUT have five high-definition plasma cutters.

Our Capability:

Our machines table sizes up to 96m x 7m. ShapeCUT have capacity to cut the world’s largest manufactured steel plates.​ Our high-definition plasma cutting machines are fast and accurate, with CNC drilling heads allow us to drill holes too small to cut, and jobs that require a high level of accuracy.

Oxy Cutting

Our Machines:

ShapeCUT have five Oxy Cutting machines with eight cutting heads.

Our Capability:

These powerful machines operate on cutting tables 22m x 4m, and are capable of cutting steel up to 300mm thick.

Laser Cutting

Our Machines:

ShapeCUT have two Laser Cutting machines.

Our Capability:

Our table size, 2m x 6m & 3m x 12m, allows us to cut longer and wider parts not always achievable on other lasers. Our lasers offer a high degree of accuracy. They have a tolerance of +/- 0.2mm and can cut up to 25mm thick mild steel.

Aluminium Router Cutting

Our Machines: ShapeCUT  have two Aluminium Routers.

Our Capability: Our bed size is 2.5m wide x 6m long & 2.5m wide x 12m long. Our routers can cut up to 42mm thick aluminium plates and provide a quality finish.

Queensland’s Largest Range of Stocked Plate

ShapeCUT have the largest range of stocked plate in the Queensland market.

We currently carry approximately 4500T of steel plate on site at our specialist steel cutting facility in Brisbane. And we’re opening our new workshop by end of October 2021.

ShapeCUT have a network of reputable suppliers with access to all grades, sizes and thicknesses from 0.5mm to 300mm.
