Laser Cutting
For higher accuracy and cleaner cuts, laser cutting is an economical choice. ShapeCUT owns two laser cutting machines to cater to bulk and custom designs.
Plasma Cutting
Achieve the most complex of cuts with plasma cutting. ShapeCUT has five high definition plasma cutters, with some of the largest table sizes in Queensland.
Router Cutting
Designed for large format cutting, our aluminium router mill completes the most demanding of tasks with precision and ease.
Oxy Cutting
Oxy cutting is the ideal choice for cutting thicker gauge steel plate. ShapeCUT has four oxy cutting machines with multiple cutting heads.
Bending
ShapeCUT offers in-house metal processing needs including plate bending, brake pressing, rolling and machining.
Bevelling
Bevel cutting or bevelling is a sophisticated process that involves quality cutting machines, high-tech applications and above all experience.
Drilling
Drilling is one of the most common machining processes and involved forming holes or other shapes in the surface of metal through a rotating drill bit.
Welding
Stud welding is where a metal stud is quickly welded to a base metal instantaneously, utilising an arc to melt the areas being joined.

Larger Than Life Cutting Beds
We have some of the large profile cutting machines in Queensland and can cut exacting tolerances with steel thicknesses of 0.5mm-300mm. We also have newly designed machines that drill, mill, countersink, bevel and etch steel on the same profiling table to reduce handling and processing.
